Alpha Race

The Affiliate Race by Alpha Affiliates (the “Promo”) is a competition for participating affiliates, featuring an individual leaderboard, two faction leaderboards, bonus periods and faction checkpoints.

These Terms supplement the Alpha Affiliates General Terms and Conditions and any applicable affiliate agreement governing the Affiliate’s participation in the Alpha Affiliates programme (together, the “Affiliate Agreement”). Unless expressly defined in these Terms, FTD, NGR, CPA and other affiliate metrics have the meanings assigned to them in the Affiliate Agreement.

These Terms govern registration for the Promo, qualifying activity, the calculation of Promo points, rankings and Promo prizes. The Affiliate Agreement continues to govern all other matters. Participation in the Promo does not amend an Affiliate’s ordinary commission arrangements except to the extent expressly agreed under clause 7.2.

1. Organiser and Promo period
   1. The Promo is organised by Alpha Affiliates, acting through the legal entity identified as the operator of the Affiliate Program in the Alpha Affiliates General Terms and Conditions applicable when the Affiliate registers for the Promo (the “Organiser”).
   2. Registration remains open until the end of the Promo Period. Qualifying activity is tracked from 20 October 2026, regardless of when an Affiliate registers for the Promo. An Affiliate becomes eligible to participate only upon successful registration through the Alpha Race page. Once registered, that Affiliate’s qualifying activity from 20 October 2026 counts towards their Promo score, including activity that occurred before registration. Registration must be completed before the end of the Promo Period.
   3. The Organiser will publish the verified final individual and faction leaderboards by 7 February 2027. Provisional scores and rankings remain subject to verification and correction under these Terms.
2. Eligibility and factions
   1. Participation is open to affiliates with an approved Alpha Affiliates account who register through the Alpha Race page, accept these Terms and comply with the Affiliate Agreement and applicable law. Participation in the Promo does not authorise the promotion of any Brand in a prohibited territory or otherwise contrary to the Affiliate Agreement or applicable law. Only activity relating to a Brand and territory permitted under those requirements qualifies for points or prizes. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility imposed on the Organiser or the relevant operator by applicable law.
   2. Each Affiliate must select either Foxes or Wolves when registering for the Promo. The selection is final and cannot be changed during the Promo. An Affiliate may participate using no more than one account on Affilka and one account on ReferOn and may not use additional accounts or nominees to obtain multiple entries or otherwise circumvent these Terms.
   3. The Organiser may investigate and temporarily suspend verification of activity reasonably suspected of fraud, collusion, duplicate participation, self referrals, prohibited or unauthorised incentivised traffic, artificial or manipulated deposits, wagering or NGR, bonus abuse, chargebacks, reversed transactions or other manipulation of the Promo. Following review, the Organiser may exclude invalid activity, reverse associated points or disqualify an Affiliate for a breach of these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement. Any action must be proportionate to the activity or breach identified. The Organiser will notify the affected Affiliate of a final adverse decision and its reasons, subject to applicable legal and confidentiality restrictions.
3. How points are earnedPoints are calculated from qualifying first time depositors (“FTDs”), net gaming revenue (“NGR”) and player deposits attributed to the Affiliate during the Promo Period. A player qualifies for the Promo only if that player’s first qualifying deposit with the relevant Brand occurs between 20 October 2026 and 31 January 2027. Activity from a player whose first qualifying deposit occurred before 20 October 2026 does not count. An Affiliate must register for Alpha Race before the end of the Promo Period to participate. Once registered, all of that Affiliate’s qualifying activity from 20 October 2026 counts towards their score, including activity that occurred before their registration.

   1. FTD, NGR and deposit points are added together where the same qualifying player activity meets the requirements for each measure.
   2. An Affiliate’s individual score is the sum of their qualifying points. A faction’s score is the sum of its members’ qualifying points. If qualifying NGR is zero or negative, no points are awarded for that NGR component. Negative NGR does not deduct points from the Affiliate’s FTD or deposit components. The Organiser may correct reporting errors and reverse points linked to invalid or reversed activity, with the reason recorded in the relevant account.
   3. €100 of qualifying player deposits earns 1 deposit point before any applicable multiplier. Activity denominated in another currency is converted to euros using the exchange rate and conversion method applied to that activity in the affiliate platform. Full available calculation precision is retained for ranking purposes. Scores displayed on the leaderboard may be rounded for presentation, without changing the underlying ranking.
4. Bonus weeks
   1. A bonus multiplier applies only to the qualifying activity, Brands, countries and point components specified for the relevant bonus period. It does not apply retrospectively or multiply an Affiliate’s previously accumulated score.
   2. Affiliates who successfully register before 00:00:00 on 20 October 2026 receive x2 points on qualifying FTD, NGR and deposit activity occurring from 00:00:00 on 20 October 2026 until 23:59:59 on 25 October 2026.
   3. Additional bonus weeks may award x2 or x3 points on qualifying FTD and NGR activity from the countries announced for the relevant week. Deposit points remain at their standard rate unless the announcement expressly includes them. The eligible countries may differ between bonus weeks and, where applicable, between Brands. No announcement authorises activity prohibited under clause 2.1.
   4. The Organiser will announce each additional bonus week through an affiliate mailing and the Alpha Race page by the preceding Friday, before the bonus period begins on Monday. Each announcement will identify the eligible countries and Brands, exact start and end times, multiplier and point components covered. The opening bonus period under clause 4.2 is an exception to the Monday start rule.
   5. Where more than one bonus could apply to the same activity, only the highest applicable multiplier applies, unless the relevant announcement expressly states that the bonuses may be combined.
5. Individual leaderboard prizesThe 25 highest ranked eligible Affiliates on the verified final individual leaderboard receive the cash prizes below, subject to the ranking rules in clause 5.3.:

   1. Cash prizes are payable in euros within 90 calendar days after publication of the verified final individual leaderboard. Winners must provide the payment details and any reasonably required identity, tax or other verification information requested by the Organiser. If information necessary to make a payment lawfully remains outstanding, payment may be suspended until that information is received and verified. The Organiser will identify the outstanding information and process verification without unreasonable delay. Where the original payment deadline has passed, payment will be made within 30 calendar days after completion of the necessary verification. Any applicable taxes are the recipient’s responsibility, except where the Organiser is legally required to withhold or account for them.
   2. Prizes and benefits under sections 5, 6 and 7 are cumulative. Winning a prize in one category does not prevent an otherwise eligible Affiliate from receiving a prize or approved benefit in another category.
6. Faction prizes
   1. The highest ranked eligible Affiliate in each faction on the verified final faction leaderboard will receive one physical mask representing that faction.
   2. The three highest ranked eligible Affiliates in the winning faction will each receive one ticket to a future Dakar Rally or Formula 1 event selected by the Organiser. The prize also includes flights and accommodation for each winner, arranged and paid for by the Organiser. A representative of the Organiser will attend the selected event with the winners. The Organiser will notify the winners of the event, dates and travel arrangements within 90 calendar days after publication of the verified final results.
   3. The winning faction is the faction with the higher verified final score.
7. Faction checkpoints
   1. A faction reaches a checkpoint when its verified cumulative score reaches the threshold shown below during the Promo Period. The first faction to reach a checkpoint becomes eligible for the first faction benefit. The other faction becomes eligible for the second faction benefit if it reaches the same checkpoint during the Promo Period. Each faction may qualify for each checkpoint benefit once.

      Once the Organiser introduces the specific benefit for the 1,000,000 point milestone it will publish the complete eligibility and prize rules before the benefit becomes available.

   2. CPA uplift. Reaching the 100,000 point checkpoint allows Affiliates in the relevant faction to request the applicable CPA uplift for an existing active deal. The uplift is not automatic. It applies only if the Affiliate’s assigned affiliate manager expressly approves it in writing, including through chat. The approval must identify the applicable Brand, offer, countries, CPA uplift, any caps and the period during which the uplift applies. The affiliate manager may reject a request or propose different caps or conditions. No uplift is payable unless its terms have been approved and agreed. An approved uplift applies prospectively only, from the agreed start date.
   3. Console bundle draw. If a faction reaches the 500,000 point checkpoint during the Promo Period, each eligible participating Affiliate in that faction will receive one entry in its draw, regardless of the number of points earned individually. The first faction to reach the checkpoint will have a draw for three bundles, awarded to three different Affiliates. The other faction will have a draw for one bundle if it also reaches the checkpoint during the Promo Period. Each bundle consists of one PS5 Pro console and one copy of GTA 6. The Organiser will conduct a random draw as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant checkpoint has been verified. Winners will be contacted through their affiliate managers. The Organiser will arrange and pay for delivery to the address provided by each winner. The selection may be broadcast through a Telegram channel. Viewing the broadcast is not required to participate.
8. Results, questions and changes
   1. Leaderboard scores and rankings are provisional until verified. The Organiser will use the underlying affiliate platform records to calculate results and apply the published rules consistently. Affiliates may request an explanation of their own score through their assigned affiliate manager.
   2. Affiliates may raise a query concerning their score, ranking or a prize decision through their assigned affiliate manager within seven calendar days after publication or notification of the relevant result or decision. The Organiser will review the relevant records and provide a reasoned response within 14 calendar days. If further investigation is reasonably necessary, the Affiliate will be informed of the reason and the expected response date. This process does not exclude rights under the Affiliate Agreement or mandatory law.
   3. Public leaderboards and winner announcements will identify Affiliates by affiliate ID only. The Organiser will not publish an Affiliate’s personal name, contact information or identifiable player information as part of those results. Affiliate IDs and competition information may also appear in a draw broadcast where described in these Terms. Personal data used to administer the Promo, verify eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes will be processed as described in the Alpha Affiliates Privacy Notice.
   4. The Organiser may correct an obvious error or make a change reasonably necessary to comply with law or address circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any change must be proportionate and communicated promptly through the Alpha Race page and the usual affiliate communication channels. Changes will not retrospectively reduce points validly earned or remove an entitlement to a prize, except to correct an error, exclude invalid activity or address a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
   5. Where circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control make a noncash prize unavailable, the Organiser may provide a reasonably equivalent alternative of equal or greater value. The reason and the proposed substitute will be explained to the winner. This provision does not permit a reduction in a cash prize or a substitution merely because the Organiser has not secured the advertised prize.
   6. The governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the applicable Affiliate Agreement apply to these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
